1st Birthday Cupcake Tower
Cupcakes are perfect for any party. They keep the host/hostess from having to worry with cutting and serving the cake.
Banana Pudding
A true southern crowd pleaser; you can never go wrong with banana pudding. This is another dessert I make in low fat and regular versions.
Headless Bride
A Halloween version of the princess cake; I made this cake for a Halloween cake decorating contest, and I won! If you subtract the blood and return the head to its proper position this would be excellent for a bridal shower, princess themed party, or any girls birthday.
Firestone Tire Birthday
I made this cake for a guy who races go karts for Upfront Racing. I used the below photograph of his kart to make the cake.
Jamie's Graduation
This cake warrants some explanation. Jamie is my cousin. He received a golf scholarship to attend the University of South Carolina- Upstate. Hence the golf balls on the cake and the USC Spartans mascot. I have included a picture of the school official logo for comparison.
Dirt Cake at 28!
Dirt cake is fun at all ages! My husband requested this for his 28th birthday. This was actually my low fat low sugar version. Depending on the crowd I make it regular or low fat.
Class of 2009
The graduation cap is made of fondant with a keepsake 2009 key chain attached as the tassel.
Happy Birthday Daddy
One of the first cakes I made...this one was so cute I had to post it! This would be excellent for a pool party, summer birthday, picnic, or beach themed party.
